You are to create a final video project answering the questions below while following the guidelines expressed in the Final Video Project rubric below (going over on time is far more acceptable than under). After finishing answering the questions please provide an overall self-evaluation concerning your performance in this course (within the video) and justify a final grade in which you feel you should be awarded (remember this is your time to make a case for the grade you think you earned). Provide a link in the space provided to your Panapto or YouTube presentation ensuring the video is set to “unlisted” and not “private” as if I am not able to access your video you will not receive credit.
Video Prompt: While interviewing for a new management position you are asked to “explain, in detail, your personal leadership philosophy providing personal examples of what qualities you feel you would bring to an organization to make it better, what you look for in a new hire, how you would go about firing an employee, how you plan to motivate current employees under your supervision and finally what are your greatest weaknesses as a manager”. Provide a detailed, well-thought-out, supported by literature (textbook & external sources) response to the interviewer’s questions; be sure to include in your answer new knowledge developed within this course. And yes YOU need to be included in the video as the example provided demonstrates.
