What type of employer (freelance, agency, in-house) do you think you will want to work for in the future and why?

I have attached the profit/loss spreadsheet. The pre project pricing is for agency(made profit) and the hourly pricing is for the freelance(loss). The name of this class is business for graphics. the second to last question say what was my expectation coming into this class and I truly didn’t have any i went into this class with an open. And for the last question my takeaways would have to be how to break down the pricing for different projects,
Discuss whether the agency made a profit or loss on the projects you completed. What went into making a profit or a loss (i.e., discuss what factors you think helped create a profit or loss)? What could have been changed to either increase the profit or have kept the company from experiencing a loss?
Discuss whether the freelancer made a profit or loss on the projects you completed. What went into making a profit or a loss (i.e., discuss what factors you think helped create a profit or loss)? What could have been changed to either increase the profit or have kept the freelancer from making a loss?
Discuss the difference between your billable hours worked and the nonbillable hours. What did you do for each type (i.e., billable, nonbillable)? How different was your expected hours number from the actual hours worked? What factors do you think made a difference between these numbers? What kinds of activities did you perform for the nonbillable hours?
What have you learned from the process of creating proposals, completing design work, charting hours spent on the project, and billing the clients for the work produced? Would you have done anything differently—why or why not?
What type of employer (freelance, agency, in-house) do you think you will want to work for in the future and why?
What were your learning expectations coming into class? Did they differ from what you accomplished this session or was the class what you expected?
What are your key takeaways from this class and how do you think these will help you in your future career?
