Here is a basic formula to consider when identifying a cultural field:
Consider an environment or industry – example: bioscience, bio-farming, fashion design, higher education, human resource management, manufacturing, municipal management, public relations, recycling, social media, etc.
Focus on a group of people or role – example: project managers, engineers, couturiers, instructor, leader/directors, designer, programmer, etc.
Identify a region or national space (ideally a space of interest for your career growth, not your own country) – example: Switzerland, Highland of Vietnam, South Korea, Brazil, West-coast United States, etc.
Below are some examples of a cultural field of study (these are to prompt ideas, not to adopt):
