A Service Culture Example.
Think of a time when you witnessed excellent service (“Hero Moment” Toister 2017, p.5) by a person or company you were doing business with.
What are the reasons why you thought the service was excellent?
In what way was the person/company trained or equipped to deliver excellent service?
If you know what the company’s vision is then explain how it was lived out by your experience? If you do not know what the company’s vision is, what would you assume it to be based on your experience with the company?
According to Jeff Toister (2017) in The Service Culture Handbook: Why is it important that a leader understands the culture of a group or company?
