What is each sonata bring to the cello repertoire and what you find interesting in and then you can explain it and talk.There is the 8 pieces that you need to research and write.

Beethoven cello sonata No.5 Op.102 D major

Beethoven 12 variations Die Zauberflote Mozart
Beethoven 7 variations Die Zauberflote Mozart
Please do little comparison between the variations and then you can talk about some analytical speaking analysis not very deep but some interesting about each sonata. Why it is interesting or why it is not interesting. What is new in each sonata in comparison to before and why are those.. can you talk about little bit of some perspective of scholar like analysis and then you can talk about talk from an point of view as an cellist.

Whom composed each piece and why he did that and then you can make the connection between why did he put the fugue in the last sonata no.5? (I’ll attach some papers and my notes, so you can find the answer in there.)
and you can discuss about when his chamber works including the piano sonatas?
was this the first time he put the fugue in? or did he write the fugue in the any other piece? complete fugue like we have in any other sonata? you can talk about it because this is interesting. The designed of the sonata specially No.4 and No.5 What form are they in? and you can talk about length of the 3rd sonata being longest and represented his middle style? or anything was very long and thick. And No.1,2,4 and 5 sonatas were so much shorter and compact than No.3. Obviously the Np.1 and No.2 were designed slow-fast and the rondo, in a different style then the 3rd sonata especially 4th and 5th.
Please also do some research, why did he choose the themes variations? 2 from Mozart and 1 from Handel. Why?
and maybe you don’t know why but you can try to explain why. This those pieces have an influenced on Beethoven? Obviously must had an influenced or.. he must liked that melody a lot and at that time copying someone’s work was consider on honor of using their work in your own. it is not stealing it was opposite. so find out why..?
