For this written assignment, you will describe the Service Value System (SVS) and value chain. Provide specific examples of IT service management roles and practices used to improve services. Include any practical application of the practices you have experienced or that you think could be enacted to help an organization create value. As you describe roles, note how they align with the ITIL definition for the role and how a RACI model or process model could be used to explain the process more fully.
