For this Lab Report, you will follow the specific instructions in the files I attached below. You are only writing a partial Introduction (opening paragraph, discussion of Klein, 1964, and our question and hypothesis). In order to properly do so, you will need to thoroughly read through the files, cite your sources, and read through the attached research article (which is what the experiment was based off of). Let me know if you have any more questions regarding this. Next, you will complete the Method section…When you’re writing this section from the information on the lab report descriiption, you’ll use that exact information word for word, but you’ll just need to put it all in complete sentences. Finally, you will complete the Results section. The instructions that will be thoroughly described in the assignment descriiption file attached. I am also explaining now too. “ Results o Short paragraph ▪ describing the DVs (Stroop interference for the Stroop task, and interference for the size-judgment and location-judgment tasks), and ▪ including the descriiptive statistics (means and standard deviations) for lowest and highest mean accuracy across all of those tasks o Paragraph with results of five one-sample t tests that tested whether there was significant interference from incongruent trials in the Stroop task and in the size-judgment and location-judgment tasks for direct and indirect trial types separately o Paragraph with results of two paired-samples t tests that tested whether there was significantly more interference on direct trials than indirect trials for the size-judgment and location-judgment tasks”
** The Student Lab Report Example is a key tool you can use (this is just a partial introduction, so only what I instructed you to include for that will be necessary for this though). In addition, the instructions file will help you understand mostly everything you need to. In addition, the review of writing file will be the most thorough file to show you what is being asked to include in each paragraph in order to meet the requirements for this essay. In addition, the Klein article will be very helpful because the experiment was based off of this and relates to it — so use it for guidance, make sure to read it, and discuss it (as that is required for the partial introduction). Lastly, please look at the PowerPoint slides — which is the experiment — saved as a pdf. All of the files attached cover this entire experiment, I just have not had time to complete it as it is my last semester of college. Thanks. If you do not think you can complete this, please let me know. ** EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED IN THE FILES I ATTACHED SO I DO NOT THINK YOU WILL NEED MORE CLARIFICATION — THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE MORE THAN THOROUGH! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
